Delivery Options

We offer fast and discreet delivery across the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: Next working day delivery (dispatched same day if approved before 3pm)
• DPD Express: Next working day delivery with 1-hour delivery window notification

Processing Times

Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our prescriber, your medication will typically be dispatched within the same working day. Consultations approved after 3pm may be dispatched the following working day.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can also view your tracking information in your patient portal.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not deliver to international addresses at this time.
