Delivery Policy

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery is included in the £34.99 price. There are no extra charges.

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not deliver outside the UK.

We only dispatch once:

• your payment has been received,
• a prescriber has approved your consultation, and
• your photo ID and selfie have been verified.

Approved orders are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 items the next working day after dispatch, but this is not guaranteed. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or bank holidays.

When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number. You can also see it in your patient portal.

Your order is sent in plain, discreet packaging with nothing on the outside to show what is inside.

Royal Mail may leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or take it to your local delivery office and leave a card. Please collect it promptly. Uncollected items are returned to us and we will contact you.

If your order has not arrived within 3 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@theflorenceclinic.co.uk with your order reference. We will investigate with Royal Mail and send a replacement or refund where appropriate.

For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned once dispatched. See our Terms & Conditions for refund details.
