How dental infection treatment works
Every order starts with a consultation. Medicine is only supplied when a prescriber decides it is safe and appropriate for you. It is interim relief to manage a dental infection until you can see a dentist, not a replacement for dental treatment.
1. Online assessment
You create an account and complete a detailed questionnaire about your symptoms, medical history, allergies and current medicines. Photos of the affected area help the clinician but are optional at first.
2. Clinician review
After payment, a registered prescriber reviews your answers. They decide whether medicine is clinically appropriate for you. If it is not, no medicine is supplied.
3. Prescribing decision
Where treatment is suitable, the prescriber chooses the medicine that fits your history. For example, an alternative is used if you have a penicillin allergy. The clinician may ask follow-up questions or request photos before deciding.
4. Identity check and delivery
We verify your identity before dispatch, then send approved medicine by discreet tracked UK delivery.
